Al pagar la cuota mensual del monotributo, pagas los impuestos IVA y ganancias y como contraprestaci\u00f3n pod\u00e9s acceder a una obra social y aportas para tu futura jubilaci\u00f3n. Entonces, <strong>unifica el componente impositivo (IVA y ganancias) con el componente previsional (obra social y jubilaci\u00f3n)<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n, como monotributista, pod\u00e9s acceder al sistema bancario; al declarar tus ingresos est\u00e1s en condiciones de abrir una cajera de ahorro, <a href=\\\"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/creditos-y-prestamos-en-argentina-cuales-existen\/\\\">solicitar cr\u00e9ditos, pr\u00e9stamos<\/a> y tarjetas de d\u00e9bito y de cr\u00e9dito.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Categor\u00edas del monotributo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este r\u00e9gimen fiscal simplificado tiene diferentes categor\u00edas. Tu facturaci\u00f3n anual y la actividad que desarrollas determinan en qu\u00e9 categor\u00eda del monotributo est\u00e1s y deber\u00e1s pagar la cuota mensual correspondiente a dicha categor\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <a href=\\\"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/tenes-deudas-de-monotributo-regulariza-tu-situacion\/\\\">esta nota<\/a> pod\u00e9s ver la escala del monotributo para saber <strong>en qu\u00e9 categor\u00eda de la \u201cA\u201d a la \u201cK\u201d deber\u00edas ubicarte.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero, <strong>\u00bfqu\u00e9 ocurre si te excedes de la facturaci\u00f3n anual que tu categor\u00eda establece como tope?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo recategorizarme?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En los meses de enero y febrero los monotributistas pueden recategorizarse. Durante esos meses deber\u00e1s controlar si est\u00e1s en la categor\u00eda que te corresponde. Es muy simple hacer esto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>En enero: <\/strong>tomar el total facturado durante el periodo anual anterior (entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre del a\u00f1o anterior).<\/li><li><strong>En julio: <\/strong>tomar el total facturado durante el periodo anual anterior (entre el 1 de julio del a\u00f1o anterior y el 30 de junio del a\u00f1o actual).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si notas que durante estos meses tu facturaci\u00f3n excede el l\u00edmite de tu categor\u00eda pod\u00e9s recategorizarse en la misma web del monotributo, ya sea a una categor\u00eda mayor (si superas el l\u00edmite) o menor (si tu monto facturado est\u00e1 muy por debajo del l\u00edmite).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa si me excedo en la facturaci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para prevenir futuros inconvenientes, <strong>lo m\u00e1s recomendable es que te recategorices si tu facturaci\u00f3n excede el l\u00edmite de tu categor\u00eda. <\/strong>Pero si no lo hac\u00e9s, corres el riesgo de recibir una notificaci\u00f3n por parte de AFIP y ser expulsado de este r\u00e9gimen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de recibir esta notificaci\u00f3n, el monotributista debe darse de baja del monotributo por la condici\u00f3n de excluido y darse de alta en todos los impuestos del r\u00e9gimen de responsable inscripto: el impuesto a las ganancias de manera anual y el IVA mensualmente. Esto \u00faltimo es en caso que el monotributista no pueda ser recategorizado ya que su facturaci\u00f3n excede el l\u00edmite de la categor\u00eda m\u00e1s alta. En caso que su facturaci\u00f3n anual sea mayor a la del l\u00edmite que tiene establecido pero menor a la del l\u00edmite de una categor\u00eda mayor en la escala, el mismo sistema del r\u00e9gimen fiscal lo asciende y este deber\u00e1 pagar la cuota correspondiente a su nueva categor\u00eda. Aunque, si el mismo monotributista declara una mayor facturaci\u00f3n anual en la web del monotributo, puede ascender de categor\u00eda con algunos beneficios, como el de pagar una cuota menor a la que le corresponder\u00eda si el sistema lo asciende de manera autom\u00e1tica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 situaciones hacen que me expulsen del monotributo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como mencionamos anteriormente, si tus ingresos brutos superan el m\u00e1ximo establecido por la categor\u00eda m\u00e1xima, la AFIP puede notificarte la expulsi\u00f3n de este r\u00e9gimen fiscal. Pero tambi\u00e9n hay otras infracciones que derivan en la misma sanci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Superar el precio m\u00e1ximo unitario por venta.<\/li><li>Tener ingresos bancarios superiores al l\u00edmite. O adquirir bienes o realizar pagos por un monto superior al mismo l\u00edmite.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Registrarte como vendedor de servicios y vender productos.<\/li><li>Haber realizado importaciones de bienes o servicios durante los \u00faltimos 12 meses.<\/li><li>Alquilar un espacio f\u00edsico para el comercio cuyo costo supere el l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de la categor\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Realizar m\u00e1s de tres actividades simult\u00e1neas o tener m\u00e1s de tres locales.<\/li><li>Que los gastos para el desarrollo de la actividad sean el 80% o m\u00e1s de los ingresos brutos m\u00e1ximos establecidos por la categor\u00eda en el caso de venta de productos y el 40% o m\u00e1s en el caso de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El monotributo es un r\u00e9gimen de facturaci\u00f3n de AFIP que te permite registrar tu actividad comercial y emitir facturas por los productos o servicios que vendes.
