Estas est\u00e1n habilitadas legalmente para actuar entre ambas partes y, a cambio de ejercer este rol mediador, se llevan una comisi\u00f3n, que suele ser un porcentaje del total de dinero que implica la operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intermediaci\u00f3n bancaria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Una de las diferencias principales entre las <\/strong><a href=\"\\&quot;https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/ecosistema-fintech-en-mexico-expansion-constante\/\\&quot;\"><strong>fintech<\/strong><\/a><strong> y los bancos tradicionales es que estos \u00faltimos pueden ejercer este rol de intermediario entre dos partes.<\/strong> La operaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s habitual donde los bancos hacen esto, y la m\u00e1s rentable para el sistema bancario, es al captar dep\u00f3sitos de los usuarios y ofrecerlas una tasa de inter\u00e9s a cambio de que dejen esos dep\u00f3sitos dentro del banco por un determinado tiempo, mientras que el banco presta ese dinero a otros usuarios y recibe un inter\u00e9s a\u00fan mayor al actuar como prestamista. En otras palabras, <strong>los bancos prestan el dinero de algunos usuarios a otros usuarios, pag\u00e1ndoles un inter\u00e9s a los primeros y cobr\u00e1ndole otro inter\u00e9s a los segundos.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, otros bancos ofrecen la posibilidad de enviar dinero a personas f\u00edsicas que se encuentran en otros pa\u00edses y, nuevamente, cobran un porcentaje del dinero enviado como comisi\u00f3n. Entre otras operaciones donde estas instituciones act\u00faan de intermediarias.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Las fintech, no tan cerca de la intermediaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las fintech son <strong>empresas que utilizan las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas para brindar servicios financieros adaptados a las necesidades de cada usuario. <\/strong>La digitalizaci\u00f3n y la adopci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda para pr\u00e1cticamente todas nuestras actividades cotidianas han derivado en un cambio de h\u00e1bitos de la sociedad. <strong>Surgieron nuevos jugadores en el ecosistema financiero que buscan brindarnos soluciones, las fintech.<\/strong> Entre los objetivos de estas empresas se destaca:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A\u00f1adir valor a los servicios financieros existentes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posicionarse como servicios financieros novedosos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplificar procesos que requieren muchos intermediarios y burocracia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lograr una mayor eficiencia a nivel de costos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumentar los \u00edndices de inclusi\u00f3n financiera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ofrecer mejores soluciones a los usuarios gracias a las posibilidades de la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A grandes rasgos, entre las empresas fintech se encuentran: billeteras digitales gratuitas, marketplaces de productos financieros (como Alprestamo), plataformas de fondos comunes de inversi\u00f3n y brokers de criptomonedas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al marcar un cambio de paradigma, las fintech, de alguna manera, han obligado a los bancos a digitalizarse m\u00e1s a\u00fan y a perfeccionar sus servicios, ya que ahora compiten contra estos nuevos actores.&nbsp;<br>De todas formas, la banca tradicional a\u00fan cuenta con un mayor respaldo jur\u00eddico detr\u00e1s y con siglos de historia.
