{"id":31945,"date":"2023-10-25T10:30:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-25T13:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/?p=31945"},"modified":"2023-11-13T12:55:42","modified_gmt":"2023-11-13T15:55:42","slug":"el-gobierno-de-peru-propone-elevar-la-edad-jubilatoria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/el-gobierno-de-peru-propone-elevar-la-edad-jubilatoria\/","title":{"rendered":"El Gobierno de Per\u00fa propone elevar la edad jubilatoria"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Poder Ejecutivo present\u00f3 en el Congreso un proyecto de ley para elevar la <strong>edad jubilatoria anticipada<\/strong> y crear el nuevo <strong>sistema previsional peruano<\/strong>, que ahora deber\u00e1 ser analizado por las Comisiones de Econom\u00eda y Trabajo del Parlamento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto tambi\u00e9n contempla el incremento de la pensi\u00f3n m\u00ednima de S\/500 a S\/600 en la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/pe\/pension-minima-onp-a-cuanto-aumentara-de-acuerdo-al-gobierno\/\">ONP<\/a><\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Edad jubilatoria en Per\u00fa&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente, la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/pe\/afp-como-funciona-el-sistema-jubilatorio-en-peru\/\">edad jubilatoria<\/a> en Per\u00fa <\/strong>es a los 65 a\u00f1os, tanto para mujeres como para hombres. Sin embargo, en el sistema privado de pensiones existen algunas flexibilidades para que el afiliado pueda jubilarse previo a esa edad. Esto se conoce como <strong>jubilaci\u00f3n anticipada<\/strong>, al cual se puede acceder a partir de los 50 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La modificaci\u00f3n que plantea el Gobierno es que \u00e9sta comience a partir de los 55 a\u00f1os. Reducirlo a menos de esta edad le quitar\u00eda la posibilidad a una persona, con capacidades f\u00edsicas para trabajar y reinsertarse al <strong>mercado laboral<\/strong>, de continuar ahorrando para cuando se jubile, a trav\u00e9s de aportes obligatorios o voluntarios.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revisi\u00f3n de la edad jubilatoria&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la modificaci\u00f3n de la edad jubilatoria anticipada, el proyecto de ley del Gobierno establece que el <strong>Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF) <\/strong>deber\u00e1 encargar a una entidad la revisi\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de la edad jubilatoria legal para realizar ajustes progresivos en el tiempo de dicha variable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este an\u00e1lisis deber\u00e1 ser sobre la base de las condiciones de longevidad que registre la poblaci\u00f3n peruana, evidencias que presente el mercado de trabajo y
