{"id":35027,"date":"2023-12-12T14:11:23","date_gmt":"2023-12-12T17:11:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/?p=35027"},"modified":"2023-12-12T15:02:35","modified_gmt":"2023-12-12T18:02:35","slug":"como-cambiar-tu-credito-infonavit-a-pesos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/como-cambiar-tu-credito-infonavit-a-pesos\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo cambiar tu cr\u00e9dito Infonavit a pesos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>De acuerdo al Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los trabajadores (<strong>Infonavit<\/strong>),<strong> m\u00e1s de 1 mill\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos est\u00e1n denominados en Veces Salario M\u00ednimo (VSM) y pueden ser reestructurados a pesos.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta forma se puede evitar que la deuda siga creciendo con el aumento del salario m\u00ednimo previsto para el a\u00f1o pr\u00f3ximo, que representa un incremento en las mensualidades y el saldo total que se debe cubrir por la vivienda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo cambiar el cr\u00e9dito de Infonavit del salario m\u00ednimo a pesos&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proceso <strong>no tiene costo alguno, no necesita de ning\u00fan intermediario y se puede realizar desde tu hogar<\/strong>. Para esto debes seguir estos pasos:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ingresar a Mi Cuenta <a href=\"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/mx\/prestamos-mx\/que-son-los-creditos-infonavit-y-como-funcionan\/\">Infonavit <\/a>entre el noveno y \u00faltimo d\u00eda del mes, a trav\u00e9s del siguiente enlace\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elegir la pesta\u00f1a Mi Cr\u00e9dito y luego ir a Responsabilidad Compartida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introducir el estado y c\u00f3digo postal de la vivienda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revista y comparar las distintas opciones de conversi\u00f3n que ofrece la plataforma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmar el tr\u00e1mite y guardar la Carta de Bienvenida, as\u00ed como la Carta Modificatoria de Condiciones Financieras, adem\u00e1s del nuevo monto.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Se estima que un total de 1.111.000 personas ya realizaron el cambio de su <a href=\"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/mx\/prestamos-mx\/creditos-fonacot-que-son-y-como-solicitarlos\/\">cr\u00e9dito <\/a>de Veces Salario M\u00ednimo a pesos al final del mes de octubre de 2023. Esto represent\u00f3 descuentos sobre las deudas por m\u00e1s de 60.482 millones de pesos.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nuevo programa de apoyo a deudores de Infonavit&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de este beneficio, Infonavit lanz\u00f3 un programa llamado <strong>\u201cBorr\u00f3n y Cuenta Nueva<\/strong>\u201d para brindar un apoyo a quienes tengan deudas de entre uno y nueve pagos mensuales de hipotecas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este programa, las <strong>mensualidades que han dejado de pagarse se trasladar\u00e1n al saldo total de la hipoteca y el deudor podr\u00e1 seguir pagando de forma normal<\/strong>, hecho que tambi\u00e9n mejora el historial crediticio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los requisitos para ingresar al programa de deudores de Infonavit son haber agotado el recurso de seis meses de seguro de desempleo, que el cr\u00e9dito no est\u00e9 en proceso jur\u00eddico y que a\u00fan falten 12 meses mensualidades por
