cr\u00e9dito especial para quienes quieran cumplir su sue\u00f1o de<strong> comprar una vivienda en Colombia<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos cr\u00e9ditos facilitan el acceso a la vivienda con las<strong> tasas m\u00e1s bajas del mercado<\/strong>, acompa\u00f1adas de plazos y montos de financiaci\u00f3n flexibles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quienes pueden acceder al 90% de financiaci\u00f3n de una vivienda&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito del FNA est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para <strong>j\u00f3venes de 18 a 28 a\u00f1os afiliados<\/strong> (o que quieran afiliarse) al<a href=\"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/co\/nuevo-credito-de-vivienda-del-fondo-nacional-del-ahorro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Fondo Nacional de Ahorro <\/a>y que a la fecha de radicaci\u00f3n no hayan cumplido 29 a\u00f1os.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas en este rango de edad deben cobrar un<strong> salario m\u00ednimo legal vigente de $1.300.000 pesos.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beneficios de los cr\u00e9ditos del Fondo Nacional del Ahorro&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los<strong> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/co\/prestamos-co\/creditos-para-la-vivienda-con-la-tasa-de-interes-mas-baja-donde-solicitarlos\/\" target=\"_blank\">cr\u00e9ditos <\/a>del FNA <\/strong>cuentan con los siguientes beneficios:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se financia el 90% del valor de la vivienda (cuota inicial del 10%).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No importan los ingresos&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se financia en pesos o <strong>UVR<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se reduce 70 puntos b\u00e1sicos (0,7%) la tasa de cr\u00e9dito vigente que ofrece el FNA a los dem\u00e1s colombianos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dos personas pueden acceder al cr\u00e9dito si cumplen con las condiciones de edad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El <strong>Fondo Nacional de Garant\u00edas<\/strong> respalda hasta el 70% del valor de los cr\u00e9ditos, por lo que no se requiere fiador.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo acceder al cr\u00e9dito para la compra de una vivienda&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los pasos a seguir para solicitar al financiamiento del 90% del Fondo Nacional del Ahorro son:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estar afiliado al FNA por cesant\u00eda o AVC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tener entre 18 y 28 a\u00f1os&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aplica para cr\u00e9dito hipotecario y leasing habitacional&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes conocer
