(<strong>Fonasa<\/strong>) correspondiente al ejercicio 2023 se debe <strong>realizar antes del pr\u00f3ximo 3 de mayo de 2024<\/strong>, de acuerdo al calendario de vencimientos del Banco de Previsi\u00f3n Social (<strong>BPS<\/strong>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El formulario para realizar la declaraci\u00f3n ante el <a href=\"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/uy\/programas-sociales-uy\/devolucion-de-fonasa-fechas-y-canales-de-cobro\/\">Fo<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/uy\/programas-sociales-uy\/devolucion-de-fonasa-fechas-y-canales-de-cobro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">n<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/uy\/programas-sociales-uy\/devolucion-de-fonasa-fechas-y-canales-de-cobro\/\">asa <\/a>se encuentra disponible desde el 5 de febrero y el plazo para presentarlo depende de acuerdo al \u00faltimo d\u00edgito de la empresa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>19 de abril: 0,1 y 2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>26 de abril: 3, 4 y 5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 de mayo: 6, 7, 8 y 9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quienes deben presentar la declaraci\u00f3n de Fonasa&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e1n obligados a presentar esta declaraci\u00f3n quienes tengan actividad fuera de la relaci\u00f3n de dependencia: profesionales (afiliados a la Caja de Jubilaciones y Pensiones de Profesionales Universitarios); escribanos (pertenecientes a la Caja Notarial de Seguridad Social) y titulares de servicios personales no profesionales que prestan servicios mediante empresas unipersonales, sociedades de hecho o civiles y tributan al<a href=\"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/uy\/programas-sociales-uy\/banco-de-prevision-social-suspendera-asignaciones-familiares-a-quienes-les-toca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Banco de Previsi\u00f3n Social<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 informaci\u00f3n se debe presentar&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los usuarios deben completar datos como<strong> importe facturado sin IVA,<\/strong> el <strong>monto imponible de Fonasa<\/strong> (que sale de aplicar a los importes facturados sin IVA y la al\u00edcuota seg\u00fan se trate de un contribuyente de IRPF o IRAE), de acuerdo a lo que informa el BPS.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de que se presente fuera del periodo establecido, la persona deber\u00e1 <strong>pagar una multa de 1 Unidad Reajustable equivalente a $1642.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n se debe realizar \u00edntegramente de forma online en la p\u00e1gina del BPS y no hace falta llevar a cabo ning\u00fan tr\u00e1mite
