El \u00cdndice de Precios al Consumidor (<strong>IPC<\/strong>) no tuvo variaciones el \u00faltimo mes (0,02%), de acuerdo a los datos que entrega el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica (<strong>INE<\/strong>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dato de marzo de 0,02% es el m\u00e1s bajo para este mes desde 1982, cuando los precios hab\u00edan variado un 0,27%.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cifra que dio a conocer el Gobierno fue menor a la esperada por el mercado en la \u00faltima encuesta que realiz\u00f3 el Banco Central (<strong>BCU<\/strong>), que hab\u00eda dado un 0,5% en promedio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estas cifras, la inflaci\u00f3n en los 12 meses a marzo se situ\u00f3 en 3,8% y continu\u00f3 con la desaceleraci\u00f3n para acercarse a niveles cercanos a los de septiembre del 2023. Adem\u00e1s, si se toma el registro interanual, este es el dato m\u00e1s bajo desde agosto de 2005.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La inflaci\u00f3n actualmente se encuentra dentro del rango meta que establece el BCU (entre 3% y 6%) y se mantiene por d\u00e9cimo mes consecutivo dentro de este rango.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expectativas de inflaci\u00f3n a futuro&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El BCU proyecta que la inflaci\u00f3n se mantendr\u00e1 dentro de la meta establecida durante todo el horizonte de pol\u00edtica monetaria (24 meses) y ser\u00e1 de 5,3% para finales de 2025. La proyecci\u00f3n para todo el 2024 es de 4,9%.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ca\u00edda constante de la inflaci\u00f3n en Uruguay se explica en gran medida por la tasa de pol\u00edtica monetaria que lleva adelante el Banco Central, que mantiene la tasa de inter\u00e9s por encima del \u00edndice de precios y lleva a que los inversores tengan preferencia por el peso uruguayo antes que el d\u00f3lar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta semana se dio a conocer el dato de inflaci\u00f3n en Uruguay para el mes de marzo y nuevamente fue positivo.
