{"id":38307,"date":"2024-05-29T14:36:00","date_gmt":"2024-05-29T17:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/?p=38307"},"modified":"2024-12-11T16:10:28","modified_gmt":"2024-12-11T19:10:28","slug":"retiro-del-cts-cuando-se-podra-acceder-al-dinero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alprestamo.com\/blog\/retiro-del-cts-cuando-se-podra-acceder-al-dinero\/","title":{"rendered":"Retiro del CTS: cu\u00e1ndo se podr\u00e1 acceder al dinero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Desde el lunes 27 de mayo, m\u00e1s de 6 millones de trabajadores en todo Per\u00fa pueden acceder al 100% de su<strong> Compensaci\u00f3n por Tiempo de Servicios (CTS)<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra alternativa que tienen para acceder a los fondos es solicitar a la entidad financiera, mediante los canales digitales, que deposite el dinero a la cuenta que la persona indique, en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de dos d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El CTS es un beneficio social que tiene como objetivo proteger a los<strong> trabajadores registrados en planilla<\/strong> frente a despidos o renuncias. La primera fecha de dep\u00f3sito venci\u00f3 el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 15 de mayo y ahora queda pendiente el segundo de ellos, correspondiente al siguiente per\u00edodo semestral. Este es el 15 de noviembre, en donde se realiza un c\u00e1lculo del tiempo trabajado entre los meses de mayo y octubre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQui\u00e9nes pueden retirar su CTS?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo al reglamento de la ley que autoriza la libre disposici\u00f3n del 100% de la Compensaci\u00f3n por Tiempo de Servicios, los siguientes trabajadores podr\u00e1n acceder a sus fondos hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2024:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trabajadores comprendidos dentro de los alcances del Texto \u00danico Ordenado del Decreto Legislativo 650, Ley de Compensaci\u00f3n por Tiempo de Servicios, aprobado por el Decreto Supremo 001-97-TR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trabajadores de empresas del Estado sujetos al r\u00e9gimen laboral del Texto \u00danico Ordenado del Decreto Legislativo N\u00ba 728, Ley de Productividad y Competitividad Laboral, aprobado por Decreto Supremo N\u00ba 003-97-TR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servidores civiles de entidades del sector p\u00fablico sujetos al r\u00e9gimen laboral del Texto \u00danico Ordenado del Decreto Legislativo N\u00ba 728, Ley de Productividad y Competitividad Laboral, aprobado por Decreto Supremo N\u00ba 003-97-TR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Los empleados tienen la posibilidad de efectuar retiros, ya sea totales o parciales, del saldo disponible en su cuenta de dep\u00f3sito
